What to Expect at Your First Visit
We know visiting a new dental office can feel a little intimidating, so our goal is to make your first visit as comfortable and straightforward as possible.
During your initial appointment, our team will take time to get to know you and learn about your medical and oral health history. Please bring a current list of any medications you take, including dosages, vitamins, and supplements.
Your visit may include a comprehensive oral exam, digital X-rays, periodontal measurements, a review of existing dental work, and a non-invasive oral cancer screening. Once the exam is complete, your dentist will review the findings with you, answer your questions, and discuss treatment recommendations based on your needs and goals.
We encourage you to ask questions and let us know about any concerns you may have. Patient education is an important part of the care we provide.
Financial & Insurance Information
We want you to feel informed and comfortable with the cost of your dental care. Before treatment begins, our team will review recommended treatment, costs, and payment options with you so you know what to expect.
Dental Insurance
Pueblo del Sol Dental works with dental insurance providers to help patients make the most of their available benefits. The practice is a preferred provider, or PPO, with many dental insurance companies, and the front-office team can help answer questions about insurance policies and claims.
Because coverage varies by plan, we recommend calling our office to confirm whether Pueblo del Sol Dental participates with your specific insurance.
